Stored value does not expire where prohibited by US law. Some brands may apply inactivity service fees per their policy.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe with PCI-DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes — there is a gift message field on the cart page before checkout.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there within 10 minutes, contact support with your order number and we'll reissue.

Unused, unredeemed codes may be refunded within 14 days. Once a code has been redeemed, refunds are at the brand's discretion.
